Processing & franchise FAQ

What does Dead Batt processing include?

Card and Apple/Google Pay acquiring, deposit handling, time-based billing, invoices, a real-time management panel and APIs to the charging stations.

Can I operate under my own brand?

Yes. An operator can run as a fully independent, white-label brand — own logo, name, web app and documents — while our processing and support run in the background.

What are the end-user rates?

The default model is 15₪ for the first hour and up to 30₪ per day with a 70₪ deposit. Independent operators can configure their own pricing in the system.

How long does launch take?

Once the agreement is signed and stations are delivered, connecting to processing and issuing the management panel usually takes a few business days.

What support does an operator get?

24/7 support for the operator and end users, real-time station health monitoring, fault alerts and help with day-to-day operations and power bank inventory.
