What the 70₪ deposit is
A 70₪ authorisation is placed on the card at rental. It is a hold rather than a charge, and it guarantees the power bank comes back to the network. It is released after return.
If the device is never returned, the hold is captured as the equipment value. Most banks show the release within a few business days.
Short rental vs a full day
One hour in a cafe or a meeting costs 15₪ and nothing more. A full day of shopping, sightseeing or an event is capped at 30₪.
